01Registration & Deposit

Reserve your slot with a 30% deposit at our Abuja or Kano office — or via Paystack, Flutterwave or bank transfer. We register you with NAHCON and open your installment plan.

02Documentation & Visa

Submit your international passport (minimum 6 months validity), passport photos and vaccination card. We handle biometrics, medical screening and the Saudi Hajj visa end-to-end.

03Orientation & Departure

Attend our Hajj orientation seminars (in person and online, in English and Hausa), collect your Hajj kit, and depart on a direct charter flight from Abuja or Kano.

04Makkah — Umrah & Preparation

Perform your arrival Umrah with your group scholar, settle into your hotel near the Haram, and join daily lectures preparing you for the days of Hajj.

05The Days of Hajj

Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah and the Jamarat — fully guided, with transport, catering and medical support at every station. Our team never leaves your side.

06Madinah & Return

Conclude with serene days at Masjid an-Nabawi and ziyarah of the historic sites, before your direct flight home — returning, insha'Allah, with an accepted Hajj.

You need an international passport valid for at least 6 months beyond travel, a completed NAHCON registration, biometric capture, and proof of vaccination (meningitis ACYW135 and any current Saudi health requirements). Diversia handles the entire Saudi Hajj visa application on your behalf — you only provide documents and attend one biometrics appointment.
All Nigerian pilgrims must travel through NAHCON-licensed operators, and package payments pass through regulated channels. Diversia Travel is fully NAHCON-accredited, your payment is receipted against your NAHCON registration number, and our packages comply with the commission's approved service standards for accommodation, feeding and welfare.
Pay a 30% deposit to lock your slot, then spread the balance over 6–12 months (depending on tier) via bank transfer, Paystack or Flutterwave. Full payment must be completed 60 days before departure. There are no interest charges — the price you sign is the price you pay, subject only to official fee changes.
Two sets of ihram (men), loose modest clothing, comfortable sandals, unscented toiletries, medications with prescriptions, a small backpack for the days of Hajj, and a power bank. Your Diversia Hajj kit includes ihram, a guide book, a Saudi SIM card and an ID lanyard. A full packing checklist is shared at orientation.
Under current Saudi rules, women may perform Hajj without a mahram when travelling with an organized group. Diversia provides a dedicated sisters' coordinator and scholar-approved group arrangements — discuss your situation with our consultants on WhatsApp.
Yes. Payments are made to Diversia Travel Ltd's corporate account or via Paystack/Flutterwave with instant receipts, and every booking is documented against your NAHCON registration. If a package cannot proceed for regulatory reasons, deposits are refundable per our written terms.
